Manage J-1 waivers, PERM labor certifications, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions, and adjustment of status filings. Engage in consular processing and I-9 compliance. Assist with waivers, U.S. naturalization, family-based immigration, and humanitarian programs. Requirements Over four years of experience in immigration law. Licensed to practice law with a good reputation in the legal community. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
