In the role of Showing Assistant, you will play a vital part in supporting our lead agents by organizing and attending property showings, handling client communications, and delivering an exceptional experience for buyers. Responsibilities
  • Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, ensuring a professional and informative experience.
  • Coordinate with lead agents to schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining an organized calendar.
  • Provide detailed property information to clients, highlighting key features and benefits to assist in decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing properties for showings, including staging and ensuring cleanliness and accessibility.
  • Gather client feedback post-showing and communicate insights to the lead agent for follow-up.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends and developments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service , addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Active California Real Estate License required.
  • Strong knowledge of Napa County real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
