Overview We’re hiring a motivated licensed real estate assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities Maintain and track all transaction documents in the client database for the business. Monitor and notify clients of important deadlines and ensure compliance with legal procedures. Schedule bids with vendors for negotiations and coordinate listing prep requirements. Show clients homes as needed. Support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events throughout the year. Qualifications Licensed real estate assistant or licensed real estate professional. Open availability, specifically nights and weekends when most business is conducted. Excellent communication skills, highly detail-oriented, driven, quick on your feet, and maintains a positive attitude. Interest in building a long-term career in a support role and contributing to the team’s success. This is not a stepping-stone position.
