Kaiser Permanente is seeking an RN Inpatient Charge Nurse to lead patient care on our inpatient units within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will coordinate daily staffing, oversee clinical workflows, and ensure safe, evidence-based nursing care. You will mentor bedside RNs, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and manage admissions, discharges, and transfers. The Charge Nurse monitors quality metrics, supports process improvements, and responds to emergencies.
